Jeannie is an artist based in Ottawa, Ontario, where she also owns and operates Myobalance, her massage therapy clinic. She has been painting for over 15 years and, in 2021, made the decision to share her artwork with a wider audience.

Her artistic practice is grounded in acrylic painting, with a focus on abstract, abstract florals, and abstract expressionism. Jeannie has studied acrylic techniques, abstract painting, and drawing, and has participated in various workshops—each experience influencing her evolving style. Her work is characterized by a vibrant exploration of colour and texture, brought to life through acrylic on canvas.

Jeannie draws inspiration from her everyday experiences—both past and present. Her body of work features a range of styles that often shift with the seasons, keeping her creative process fresh and engaging for both herself and her collectors.
